My blog is about empowering individuals. Your website, represents the problem, attempting to present a solution - that is anything but. Increasingly, smart people do not read job listings which often prove to be a waste of time - which is why people like you are paid to post your garbage everywhere and anywhere possible, exemplified here.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08536258357219289853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7861284297255406840.post-60297388928468509242015-07-30T08:28:32.033+02:002015-07-30T08:28:32.033+02:00I really appreciate this blog. its very beneficial...I really appreciate this blog. its very beneficial for every interviewer. Though I have to say, there is so much hype and emphasis on the interview that you almost forget what you are there to do. Be yourself, and try to be nothing more during the interview process. Being yourself is beyond the research involved in understanding the company you are interviewing with (which is very important, even researching the interviewer if you have their name), but candidates need to remember to be themselves otherwise your doing both parties a disservice.

Great site, this is my first read and I plan to look into it further. I have a similar blog, http://www.yourcareercounselor.com that touches on similar topics.
